Team Coaching & Facilitation

I design and lead team coaching engagements and workshops that help leadership teams navigate the moments that matter most: transitions, mergers, culture shifts, and the quieter challenge of a team that's capable but not quite firing on all cylinders.

Recent work includes multi-day team alignment workshops helping leadership teams move from individual excellence to genuine collective ownership. I draw on proven team effectiveness frameworks to structure the work, but the goal is always the same: build the kind of team dynamics that show up in how decisions get made long after the engagement ends, not just how a workshop feels in the room.

Executive Coaching 

I work with senior leaders on the challenges that don't show up in a strategic plan: the blind spots that come with a promotion, the patterns that worked at one level and stop working at the next, the gap between knowing what needs to change and actually changing it.

Engagements typically begin with an assessment to understand goals, context, and the underlying obstacles getting in the way. From there we work together to deepen self-awareness, navigate real challenges, and build the practices that translate insight into sustained performance.

Strategy Consulting

I partner with organizations to assess strategic risks, identify growth opportunities, and develop clear plans that put them on a stronger path forward. This includes business and organizational assessments, strategic planning engagements, and ongoing advisory retainers for CEOs and senior leaders who want a thought partner on strategy and execution.

The consulting work is most effective when it runs alongside the coaching: solving the what of the business while developing the who responsible for executing it.
