ASSESSMENT & ADVISORY

Conducting business and organizational assessments to identify strategic risks and develop strategies to grow profitability, impact, and overall performance.

Our core business assessment is intended to bring greater clarity and understanding to the current and future obstacles of the business. We do this by reviewing and analyzing the state of the business across all primary functional areas (vision, mission & goals; finance & profitability; sales & marketing, client service; staff, capacity & culture; leadership & management capacity).

The purpose of this process is threefold: 

  1. Develop clarity about the obstacles and risks affecting the current / future state of the business

  2. Design solutions to address those risks and develop an overall strategy that places the company on a healthier, more sustainable growth trajectory

  3. Conduct 1:1 coaching throughout the process to understand not just the ‘what’ obstacles of the business but the ‘who’. Working with and holding space for leaders as we discuss and navigate any proposed solutions and changes

Strategy Coaching Retainers: Partner with CEOs and executives on an ongoing basis to advise on strategy, partner on problem-solving and implementation, and coach to understand and strengthen leadership capacity and business ownership mindset. The retainer covers business advising, leadership coaching, and team/individual performance coaching.

PERFORMANCE COACHING

Our coaching model is predicated on working with individuals and teams who aspire to become better leaders, managers, owners, and versions of themselves so that they can expand and deepen their impact in the world. 

The process begins with a clear understanding of the business goals and the underlying challenges getting in the way. We partner with you to perform an initial assessment and intake to understand goals, improvement areas, and context. 

The coaching is designed to partner with you so that we can set goals and improvement areas, deepen awareness around blind spots and obstacles to growth, hold space to navigate challenges together, and generate insights and tangible practices and next steps that will help you perform at the level you’ve always wanted for yourself and the impact you believe in having.

FACILITATION

Designing and leading workshops to help organizations develop and execute strategy, grow leadership capacity, and improve communication across organizations and teams.

We design and lead strategic planning exercises that help organizations and teams set goals, understand and plan for risk, drive new strategies, and develop and execute planning for sustainable success..

We facilitate goal setting, annual review, and strategic review and debrief processes that help organizations and teams brainstorm and understand together what went well and what didn’t so that they can grow as teams and increase the impact of their organizations and projects.

In addition to business and organizational strategy development, we also work with leaders and organizations to strengthen and grow culture among teams and staff. We believe that people united under a common vision, set of goals, and purpose are most effective at achieving the change they want to see in the world.
